My motivation to stay healthy is… Overall health. I feel much better when I’m moving. If a few days go by and I haven’t gotten any exercise in and/or if I’ve eaten poorly, my entire body feels sluggish.

My guilty pleasure is… Chocolate. And junk food (wings, pizza, fries… ) Should I be admitting all of that?

My favorite way to get active is… To get outside. I love being outdoors, playing tennis, running, etc. I live close to the Metroparks and try to take advantage of the trails whenever I can.

What does healthy living mean to you? Balance. I try to exercise and eat healthy as much as possible. If I go out and have a beer, wings and pizza, I realize it isn’t the worst thing in the world. I’ll enjoy myself and continue to do the best that I can, most of the time.
