Be Well Solutions specializes in comprehensive wellness incorporating health risk assessments, corporate biometric screenings, a full range of intervention activities, corporate smoking cessation programs, incentive tracking and aggregate reporting. Be Well Solutions offers engaging and educational corporate biometric screenings that assess cardiovascular risk factors and report them to participants in impactful ways. Our screenings are staffed by health professionals who offer good-sense solutions to help participants prevent major health problems.
Our worksite biometric screenings are staffed by experienced medical professionals with convenient stations to test participants’ blood pressure, body mass index, cholesterol and glucose. A finger stick or venipuncture (blood draw) can be used for the cholesterol and glucose screenings. Venipuncture can also be used to test cotinine (tobacco use), Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) and a variety of other measurements.
Be Well Solutions also coordinates offsite screening programs to test participants’ blood pressure, body mass index, cholesterol and glucose. With the offsite screening model, participants visit their doctor or a local lab to have the tests done. Then, we collect the data from participants for incentive tracking and aggregate reporting.

Our comprehensive Health Risk Assessment (HRA) was created by the Be Well Solutions physicians. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and can be taken online or on paper. It was written at an 8th grade reading level and is also available in Spanish. The HRA is GINA compliant and can be customized to suit your specific population.

After the screening process is completed, Be Well Solutions analyzes and presents an organizational health assessment. This report reviews aggregate data gathered from the screening process. Together we identify your population’s risk factors, including BMI, cholesterol, glucose, hypertension, tobacco use and other lifestyle factors. This allows formulation of a strategic wellness plan for your organization. Our aggregate reporting always protects the confidentiality and privacy of each individual participant.
Beginning in year two of your wellness program, Be Well Solutions presents overall population changes as well as changes and progress amongst your cohort population.
Each year, we analyze your program’s goals and objectives based on the aggregate information, and present a calendar of events for the interventions offered throughout the year.
Throughout the wellness year, we contact people who are at higher risk for heart disease or cancer, many who are pre-diabetic or diabetic and people who may be due for screening exams, e.g. colonoscopies and mammograms.
For groups with multiple locations or shifts, we also offer DVD’s with a series of six 10-20 minute seminars.
